The hotel had very good and clean rooms, but the hospitality communication was poor and unpolite at times. The service was very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for airport access but far from the train station. The dining experience was good overall with a variety of choices.

The hotel had a mixed experience. The rooms were clean but had a pervading smell of sweaty feet, and they were too basic for my taste. The service was a mix of competence at check-in but also rude reactions towards some tourists. The location was close to the airport but surprisingly quiet. The dining was initially average but improved upon request. Price was reasonable overall.
